I just did a payment but I did not receive a ticket.
Unfortunately, we faced some technical difficulties on Friday the 1st of November between 15.00 and 16.30 GMT+1. Payments for tickets were successful, but the transfer of the tickets failed.
Unfortunately, we are not able to provide you with the ticket you have paid for and therefore we automatically refunded you. The money will be back in the account you used for the payment within 3 business days.
Please double-check if the purchase was indeed not successful by checking My purchases in your account.
